Our team management training will help managers to improve relationships within their team, and help them to understand how to get the most out of the individual performance.

One of the biggest mistakes as a Manager is to treat others how you want to be treated! Controversial but true, everyone else does not share your values. Treat others how THEY WANT to be treated if you want to get the most from individuals and team members.

The most useful and effective tool we use is the LifO® method of behavioural profiling. It guides people towards new personal strategies and offers tools that ensure they can perform to their best ability.

This Team Management Training will cover:

  • How to use behavioural profiling techniques for your team, through the use of colours or quadrants
  • How to identify natural strengths, motivations and communication preferences of the colours
  • Using communication techniques to facilitate conflict resolution
  • How to bridge the gap between your own and others preferences
  • Examine the link between motivation and influencing
