  • Explore and identify where behaviours and communication may cause issues through the use of case studies and real-life scenarios
  • Examine the steps towards being an inclusive employer, where the rights and feelings of all are respected
  • Raise awareness of the Equality act 2010 and how this applies practically
  • The legal implications of getting it wrong
  • A quiz to assess our understanding
