This is thanks to Rachel Hough and Kirsty Craig who have recently achieved the Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), a nationally recognised qualification.
Kirsty Craig comments: “Our whole purpose is to help small businesses get where they want to faster and we are now well placed to help them achieve this through mentoring and coaching. As we won’t have the same emotional attachment to the business as the owners or senior managers, we will bring objectivity to the business planning process. We’ll also focus on getting our clients to work ‘on’ the business rather than just working in it.”
